Galeet is a baker and mother of three based in San Francisco. She started baking at a young age. A French macaron class drew her deeper into technique and detail.

She likes to bake with seasonal fruit, make French macarons, design playful birthday cakes for her children, and put together small bites for dessert bars and events. In her classes, she helps make desserts that can feel complex more accessible.

Her work is shaped by travel, classic technique, and small details: a clean edge, a bright filling, desserts that bring people together.
